Hack Your Nokia 5800
Want to have a landscape Homescreen?
This is another great modification for our smartphones. Nokia removed this ability of our phones for some unknown reason. The landscape homescreen will work on any s60v5 device. Just install this SIS File

Then restart your phone.

In case you're wondering, I used the Vodaphone Homescreen with the original orange theme which can be found here.

doesn't work on my 5530 :(
doesn't work on my 5800 also.
i have hacked phone and successfully installed Vodafone and Orange HS but the homescreen is still in portrait mode

worked successfully on my 5800xm
hi everyone. if it still doesn't work, install this file. then delete c:\private\10202be9\persists\200159ED.cre
then restart phone. it should work now.
also, make sure that menu>settings>phone>sensor settings>turning control>auto rotate diplay is crossed out and on.

oh, i understood my mistake, i installed the pack of voda and orange. i removed that and then installed the mod of orange.now it work.TY man
why cannot i not get this working. it installs of ok....but my homescreen does not rotate even after deleting that file that the guy above recommended. help?

and make sure that after you install this, to restart your phone.
